Please read extremely carefully before signing your contract and  ask for clarifications if necessary! Thank you kindly.

• The first 50% of the registration/booking/deposit is absolutely positively non-refundable. 
• All bookings are tentative until a deposit is received, we will cannot guarantee your booking without.
• If the balance due cheque is not handed over at the time of arrival for ANY reasons , we reserve the right to leave and the balance is still due , now with an additional $100 surcharge.
• Adverse weather conditions: If we not received a call canceling the event on the day of the event before we set out to your event, no rain checks and the balance is due immediately on demand regardless if you run the event or not. If called off up to the night before, we will issue a rain check and it will be valid for 365 days depending on availability and is non transferable.
• Break down, late arrival or wrong directions en route to your event:

  A. If you still wish for us to participate at the event, your balance due (not the full amount of the contract) will be prorated from the time we arrive . You will hand over the balance and we will hand over a refund cheque. We will cannot start the event until this has been done.

  B. If you do not wish for us to participate, your balance due must be handed over on the spot when we do finally arrive and that balance is a full credit towards your next event to be held within the allotted 365 days.
